I'm the content product lead for the government section of GOV.UK and I work on editorial quality, collaborate with departments on discrete editorial projects and head up training and workshops on style and the Whitehall Publisher.
I’ve just got back from speaking at a workshop for Norwegian government web editors on how GOV.UK keeps its focus on user needs and maintains content quality. I thought I’d share some reflections on the visit.
